As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our Seaford location offers care on a sliding-fee discount scale based on household income. No patient is turned away due to inability to pay. Our staff is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Our Seaford clinic is one of two CEC Health Care locations offering outpatient drug and alcohol rehab on Long Island. As a New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) licensed program, we provide evidence-based, personalized treatment for adults living with:
