Veterans Health Care Services

Veterans Case Management

CEC Health Care operates a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), which identifies veterans as a priority population. The CCBHC program can assist all who served, even those veterans ineligible for VA services due to discharge status. Through the CCBHC program, Veterans Case Management is provided at no cost to the veteran. Services include:

• Coordination of care and connection to VA Northport
• Referrals to accredited Veterans Service Officers for assistance with the filing of service-connected compensation claims
• Linkages to Veterans Peer Support programs
• Employment assistance, resume writing
• Referrals for food and housing resources

Primary Care & Behavioral Health Care

The CEC Health Care Glen Cove Integrated Care site offers Primary Care as well as Mental Health and Substance Use treatment including: Psychiatry, Medication Assisted Treatment, and verbal therapy. Some services may be provided via telehealth.

Medicaid, Medicare and some commercial insurances are accepted. Sliding scale payments are available.
