The CEC Patient Portal is a secure website gives you access to your healthcare records and communicate through a secure messaging system with your healthcare provider. The CEC Patient Portal is accessible on your desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone.

How do I Sign Up for the CEC Patient Portal?

It’s easy!  To get to CEC’s secure server on CEC’s Patient Portal and become web-enabled, simply sign up by providing our receptionists with your (non-work) e-mail.

You will be able to securely log in with your username and password, and gain access to your personal health record and other helpful features from any computer or smartphone with an Internet connection!
